WHAT: Ellaville’s 2009 Annual Christmas Parade

WHEN: December 1, 2009 at 6:00 pm

THEME: “The Joys of Christmas Toys”

The theme for the 2009 Parade is “The Joys of Christmas Toys”. Children are such a big part of the Christmas Parade that the theme, The Joys of Christmas Toys, will hopefully encourage participantsto develop magical and child-like ideas for their floats.

WHERE: The parade will depart promptly at 6:00 pm from College St. and continue south on  the usual parade route. Last years Holiday event attracted hundreds of spectators from all over. This year’s parade will have elaborate floats, Star Spangled marching bands and as always, Santa Claus!

TV: The Christmas Parade will be featured on WSST-TV, Channel 55 out of Cordele.
